Start to close: January 20 around 7 pm (slowly closing 2 lots at a time)

Payments: Etransfer to: gauthierauction@gmail.com, or Cash, Credit Card or Debit
payment prior to pick up or upon pick up in St Claude on Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 10 am to 2 pm. If you cannot pay and pick up on this day, please send someone that can come for you. Pick up location will be on your invoice which will be sent to you by email.

No equipment is to be removed until complete settlement is made. 4. Payment options: debit, etransfer, cash, certified cheque, bank draft, credit card 3% fee. 5. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Do not bid unless you are serious at paying and picking up on the day indicated. All information contained in the Buyers Catalog was derived from sources believed to be correct but not guaranteed. Remember, bids are binding and cannot be retracted. 6. Sellers: All forms of bidding including collusion, bid manipulation and bidding on lots that you or a party that is affiliated with you, have consigned to the auction is strictly forbidden. You may not make a bid under a false name or as agent for a person who would himself or herself be prohibited from placing a bid on a particular lot.
